Where is the mistake?

4 days since I am trying to make an outgoing non documentary payment by Internet banking, but unsuccessfully. At the beginning I thought the problem is, that I don’t have a valid certificate for this website ib24.csob.cz. After installing it, the same problem “Server Error”. Next try was to turn off Kaspersky
– same sh*t. Even Firefox didn’t help me. I have tried from 5 different computers, but the same thing.
Monday, 6th of August – the last day I can send the payment. Let’s try again Internet banking – no, same answer “Server Error”. So let’s write an e-mail to our friendly HELP desk from CSOB. After 5 hours waiting for no answer, I have decided to go to the nearest branch of CSOB – Bila Trida. So:
Ion: Dobry den, potrebuji poradit ohledne Internet bankingu (Good afternoon, need some help regarding Internet banking)
Very nice lady with no clue of what I am saying: Ano, ale tady s tim Vam nepomuzu, nebo vite co ja Vas pripojim na vedlejsi prepazku. (Yes, but I cannot help you with this, better I will connect you to the next desk)
Ion: Dobry den, potrebuji poradit ohledne internet bankingu (Good afternoon, need some help regarding Internet banking)
Very fresh graduate of VSE: hmm…nebylo by to lepsi zavolat na Help Desk. (hmm…I think it will be better to call the Help Desk center)
Ion: a proc tady mate napsano “Poradim Vam s elektronickym bankovnictvim” ? ( and why you have written here “Will help you regarding electronic banking”)
Very fresh graduate of VSE: jo to mate pravdu, ale radsi predame takove problemy kolegum z HELP desku (yeah, you are right, but it’s better when we pass next this problems to our colleagues from Help desk center)
Ion: zavolejte jim

Help desk: Dobry den, cim muzeme Vam pomoct? (Good afternoon, is there anything I can help you?)
Ion: muzu anglicky pro lepsi vyjadreni…(may I speak English for better explanation…)
Help desk: yes, of course…
Ion: I am trying for 4 days to make an outgoing non documentary payment by Internet banking…..but it says that there is an internal error on server.
Help desk: ohh really, it is not possible, send us an e-mail with a “Prnt Scrn View” and we will solve the problem immediately.
Ion: how come, I have already sent you 2 e-mails 5 hours ago…
Help desk: ohh it is not possible, but let me check, or yes really, we appologize for this delay, but we don’t know by whom this problem is caused. We will let you know during this week when we will solve this problem.
Come on, I think it is not normal that a bank like CSOB communicate in this way, anyway if you have some advices, some sollutions, let them know

Danny I choosed CSOB, because it is “lepsi pro Vas zivot”, but it appears the opposite

Why does your blog display at single narrow collumn at the right edge of the screen? Is that on purpose or do I have a problem with Firefox?
